In accordance with article 327 (2 A) (b) of the Companies Law, Chapter 113 the department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property can proceed with the deletion of a company from the register if it fails to pay the annual fee for a period of one year from the date it becomes payable.

The companies that have not paid the annual fee for any year covering the period 2012-2021, will be published in the official gazette of the republic and after three months from the date of publication, the companies will be deleted from the register unless there is reasonable explanation to the contrary.
