All Cyprus companies must pay an annual fee of three hundred and fifty euros (€350) by the 30 of June of each year.

If a company fails to pay the annual fee it is subject to the following penalties:

• If the annual fee is paid within two months from the 30 of June, up until the 31 of August, the penalty levied amounts to an additional ten percent on the original fee, thus making the total amount to be paid three hundred and eighty-five euros
• If the annual fee is paid within five months from the 30 of June, up until the 30 of November, the penalty levied amounts to an additional forty per cent on the original fee, thus making the total amount to be paid four hundred and eninety euros
