Confirmation of beneficial owners details

In accordance with the Cyprus Companies Law, Cap. 113, all registered companies and partnerships are required to confirm the details of their beneficial owners and or where applicable, complete the relevant due diligence process from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026.

Failure to do so within the time frame given, will result in the imposition of administrative fines. The penalties are as follows:

• €100 for the first day of non-disclosure
• €50 for each subsequent day of continued non-disclosure with a maximum fine of €5.000
